Emmanuel Effah Amankwanol
Certified in Project management (PMP), Agile (PMI-ACP) and Business analysis (PMI-PBA) by the Project Management Institute. He has over twelve (12) years of experience working on projects across many sectors of the economy including Education, IT/Telecoms, Banking and Pharmaceutical; and has expertise in customer and vendor management; and training of cross-functional teams. He has been trained by Telecom giants like Huawei, Alcatel-Lucent, Gemalto and Acision in various aspects of telecommunication with specialty in Value Added Services (VAS). At Huawei, Emmanuel deployed and maintained VAS applications for MTN, Vodafone and Tigo. He worked on Mobile and Agency banking for Agricultural Development Bank of Ghana while with GH4HUB as Chief Project Manager. He is also a seasoned speaker at Project management conferences and takes delight in writing content for Project management and Business analysis training and exam preparation.

Supported and ensured successful implementation of National Microfinance Bank Core Banking system (the Biggest Bank in Tanzania with 148 branches) by providing program Quality Assurance service. Was a member of 3-member team of consultants that drafted ICT Security Policy and Guidelines for the Public Service Management Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS). Led the formation of PMI Tanzania Chapter and complete within 6 months. This was a fully volunteering initiative that required extensive time and material commitment.
